Refund policy

All ShedSkulls mounts are 3D-printed to order. Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind.

We will replace or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (wrong species or product). To request this, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@shedskulls.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
